My praises to Dr. Rice and his awesome staff!
I am a typical dental phobic and proud to say that I “bit the bullet” and have taken care of dental work and periodontal treatment needed for my gums, in addition to my new cosmetic smile. I have to give the credit to the wonderful, caring, “down to earth” personalities of the entire office staff. I can see why the office runs very smoothly with Wendy as the Office Mgr. It is very apparent that the entire staff works very well together and genuinely likes and respects one another (a first from my past experience at Dental offices). Wendy, Becky and Natalie are always so cheerful and friendly. I feel like when I walk in the office “it’s the Dr. Rice Welcome Wagon”. Thank you ladies! The scheduling you have done for me has fit in with my work schedule. Those early morning appointments are much appreciated.
Tracy, my dental hygienist is not only the best hygienist I have ever experienced. Her warmth and caring personality puts me at ease immediately. I told her of a horrid experience I had before coming to this office and Tracy went beyond the call of duty to make me feel comfortable. Her smile is contagious and you can tell she enjoys her work.
I certainly can’t forget dear Naomie who has been very reassuring, friendly, and patient with me, thank you Naomie. I don’t “dread” going to the Dentist anymore, which is a first for me.
Dr. Rice is the BEST, not only because he uses the latest techniques because of his continual education, but also his gentle, caring approach has removed the anxiety I use to exhibit. Count me in as one of the Officers of your Fan Club Dr. Rice!
I want to acknowledge Sann, Heidi and Chloe for their friendliness to me.
